Each college occupies a separate wing in the college campus. The College of Teacher Education and the Graduate School of Education are located on the 2nd floor of the Main Building while the College of Information and Computing Studies is located on the 4th floor of the Main Building. The College of Accountancy and Business Administration is located on the 4th Floor of the new building that houses the Basic Education Library.
The campus has 2 major libraries – the College and Graduate School Library that is located on the 3rd Floor of the Main Building, and the Basic Education Library that is on the 3rd Floor of the new building that is opposite the main building.
The libraries also have Internet Research Labs so that students can use these for research. College and graduate school students can use the internet facilities in the college and graduate school library. Students who wish to use the facility have to sign up and abide by the rules of use for the said facility.
The Concepcion Gym plays host to several practice basket ball courts and a main basketball court. When not in use for basketball, other PE classes can be held such as table tennis, dance, exercise and other sports. Just outside the gym, volleyball practices can also be held.
The Gymnasium is also used as the assembly hall for major events like Graduation, Foundation, Homecoming, Student Assembly, Proms and other school events.
The Institution has 3 College Computer Laboratories for all regular computer classes. This is in addition to the Internet Research Lab and 2 Elementary and High School Computer Laboratories. These laboratories are equipped with state-of-the- art computers.

A modern speech laboratory exists and this is located on the 4th Floor at the CICS Department.
Up to date and well equipped science laboratories exist for Biology, Physics and Chemistry. The latter is located in the ground floor between the Main Building and the High School Building while the Biology and Physics laboratories are on the 3rd Floor of the Main Building.
A. Medical/Dental Clinic
The school clinic is located on the ground floor of the High School Building where a full time nurse are available from Monday to Saturday, a dentist who visits on a regular basis. The school retains a doctor who practices at a reputable hospital nearby.
The Guidance Office is there to assist and serve the students handle concerns. Services include individual inventory, counseling, placement and follow-up.
The school has a fully operational canteen that serves meals at very reasonable prices – similar to those in the outside. Purified water is free during lunch and made available to the canteen’s patrons.
There is the Clarion, the school’s official publication where budding and aspiring writers can participate in.
E. Campus Ministry
Campus masses are held once a month and periodically, catechetical instruction to prepare students for first communion and confirmation, are held.
F. Prayer Room
A prayer room is located on the ground floor of the main building.
G. Sports Development Program
The Institution has a Sports Development Program that boasts a good sports team that has won many awards. Students who are interested to join can talk to the coaches in the different sports events such as volleyball, table tennis, badminton, taekwondo and chess.
H. Alumni Affairs
There is an annual Grand Alumni Homecoming being held on the month of December which is attending by different classes / batches here and abroad.
I. Accredited Clubs and Organization
The accredited clubs and organizations include Supreme Student Council; department professional organizations like Education & Liberal Arts Organization (EDLAO) in the College of Teacher Education, Business Education Students Organization (BESO) in the College of Accountancy & Business Administration and Information & Computing Students Society (ICSS) in the College of Information & Computing Studies; interest clubs include College Academic Scholars Society (CASS), Social Science Club, Mathematics Club, Young Scientists Society, Kapisanang Buklod at Bisig ng Wikang Filipino (KBBWF), Student Teachers Organization, MAPEH Club, PE Club and CWTS Club. Clubs have to report monthly on their progress and have to present projects of worth in order to retain status.
