Section 1. Dedication to study, respect for authority, strict observance of the rules and regulations of the college and due courtesy are expected at all times of all students.
Section 2. The Administration, after due process, reserved the right to suspend, dismiss or expel from the College at any time, strike from the list of candidates for graduation and / or withhold the diploma from any student who violates any of the provisions of this Code without prejudice to liabilities under existing laws.
Section 1. Students shall at all times be neat, clean and decent in their attire in accordance with the existing policies promulgated by CHED.
Section 2. Students shall at all times wear their I.D. and prescribed college uniform. Students who do not wear their I.D. or prescribed uniform may be denied to enter the school campus.
Section 3. a) Students shall not bring into the College objects, pictures or literatures which are morally offensive or subversive.
b) Students shall at no time bring into the premises of the College any alcoholic drink or any prohibited drugs.
c) Students shall nor enter the school premises under the influence of liquor or prohibited drugs.
d) Students shall not engage in gambling, lottery or any other scheme where chance and monetary considerations are involved while inside the College campus.
e) Students shall not bring into the school premises explosive material or deadly weapons of any kind, whether concealed or exposed. The use of threat to use of such weapon shall aggravate the act.
Section 4. Students shall at all times be respectful and proper in their conduct. They should refrain from using language and committing acts that are vulgar or indecent or which in any manner may cause or tend to disturb other students, faculty members, employees or officials of the Administration of the College.
Section 5. Students shall not write, draw, or engrave on black boards, wall or any place or any property of the College, including but not limited to, indecent, lewd, libelous, defamatory, or subversive words or figures.
Section 6. Students shall not commit any form of littering or unsanitary acts within the college campus.
Section 7. Students shall not intentionally damage any property of the College.
Section 8. Students shall not disturb classes in any manner.
Section 9. Students shall not commit any form of dishonesty, including but not limited to cheating in examinations, forgery and falsification of the school documents.
Section 10. Students shall not form and maintain any barricade or make maintain any form of obstruction to any entrance to or exit from the College campus or prevent, coerce or threaten any other student, faculty member, official or personnel of the College from entering into or going out of the campus.
Section 11. Students shall not affiliate with any student organization which are contrary to the prevailing policies of the College.
Section 12. Students shall not be involved in any kind of hazing or any activity including but not limited to coercion, threats which may result in actual or threatened infliction of harm and physical injury upon the person of their fellow students, faculty members or employees of the College.
