Every student is issued an assessment of fess slip upon enrollment showing the total school fees (tuition and miscellaneous fees) he/she is required to pay for the entire semester or term. This includes the details of the amount of fees due every examination. It is required that the assessment slip be presented to the Cashier whenever payment will be made and every examination. In case of loss, second copy may be requested and issued upon payment of the required fee.
This institution observes the "NO PERMIT - NO EXAMINATION" policy.
All payments much be made at the Cashier's Office where PERMIT (valid only for one (1) examination) to take the examination is issued upon payment of the required fee/s and previous financial accountability/ies (back accounts if there is any). In case of loss, a revalidation must be secured from the Cashier upon payment of the required fee. Online payments thru PNB under account name, SAN CARLOS COLLEGE with account No. 208610088874 and other monetary remittances are likewise accepted.
Students who failed to take the scheduled periodic examination will be allowed to take the special examination only as scheduled. A Special Examination permit will be issued for this purpose upon payment of the tuition and other fees and special examination fee of Fifty Pesos (P50). Special examination during Finals is administered at the Dean's Office.
For reasons acceptable by the insitution and with proper documentation, Promissory Note during periodic examination is allowed except during the First, December and Final examinations; provided however that the student has no previous accountabilities (back accounts) and unpaid previous promissory nots. For Promisory Notes not paid or redeemed on time, a penalty of Fifty Pesos (P50) per month shall be imposed. Application form for this purpose must be secured from the office of the Registrar and must had been approved a week before the scheduled examination.
ALL GRADUATING STUDENTS MUST BE CLEARED OF THEIR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / REQUIREMENTS IN SCHOOL ON OR BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SEMI-FINAL EXAMINATION. AN APPLICATION / CLEARANCE FORM FOR THIS PURPOSE CAN BE SECURED FROM THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR.
FURTHER, A STUDENT WHO WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE ANY PERIODIC EXAMINATION SHALL BE GIVEN A GRADE OF "NG" IF SPECIAL EXAMINATION WAS NOT TAKEN AS SCHEDULED, THE GRADE WILL BE FINALIZED (computed with zero examination equivalent) AND BECOME PERMANENT. ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND/OR DEFICIENCIES MUST BE COMPLETED OR REMOVED WITH THREE (3) WEEKS AFTER THE END OF THE SEMESTER. A COMPLETION REPORT FOR THIS PURPOSE MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS FROM THE DATE THE STUDENT HAS COMPLETED THE REQUIREMENTS OR NOT LATER THAN THREE (3) DAYS AFTER THE COMPLETION PERIOD.
